Harbor Command
★★★★★ 4.5
Harbor Command asks you to run a busy port without letting anything catch fire, metaphorically speaking. You assign docks, route cargo, and keep the ships moving before their patience runs out. It sounds dry, but there's a genuine puzzle rhythm to it that clicked for us fast.
The pacing is adjustable, which we loved. You can pause and plan on a hard level or let it run in a chilled-out sandbox. The tutorial does a good job easing you in, and by the mid-game you're juggling weather events, breakdowns, and priority freight all at once.
Everything scales cleanly to phone screens, and the pause-friendly design means it fits around real life. It's not flashy, but it's the kind of strategy game you keep thinking about after you close it.
